SEO as we know it is obsolete. Discovery isn’t.

Have you embraced the LLM first world? Or are you still spending a lot on SEO with diminishing returns.

For decades, our digital strategies were shaped by one truth: If you’re not on Google’s first page, you don’t exist.

But people don’t search any more. They ask. They don’t click. They expect context. They don’t compare tabs. They accept the best prompt-composed answer.

In an LLM-first world, the “blue links” on the top of the search page of yesterday are irrelevant.

💡 This isn’t about tweaking content to fit LLM channel — it’s a fundamental shift in how users discover, engage, and decide.

What does this mean for CXOs and digital leaders?

🔄 We’re moving from Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to LLM-Centric Engagement Optimization (LCEO):

  • From ranking pages → to being retrieved as trusted knowledge
  • From keyword strategy → to prompt orchestration
  • From funnels → to moments of conclusion within AI conversations

LLMs are not a feature. They’re fast becoming the new operating system of user experience — and they will mediate brand visibility, transactional journeys, and even trust.

As this shift accelerates, every brand must ask:

🔹 Are we discoverable inside the LLMecosystem?

🔹 Is our content prompt-aware, structured, and memory-worthy?

🔹 Can we conclude a user’s journey — not just compete for attention?

This is not the death of discovery. It’s the rebirth of relevance.
